Made for Indian parents · WhatsApp-first

Birthdays are more fun when planning them is easy.

Create a beautiful invitation, collect RSVPs and share your child’s wishlist — all in one place.

Free while we’re in early access · No app for your guests · Ready in 2 minutes

See a whole party planned in two minutes

A parent makes the invitation, shares one link in the class group, and watches the replies arrive with head counts attached. The gifts sort themselves out. No app for anyone, no spreadsheet, nobody chased.

One link, no chasing

Everything in one link

Your guests get a single WhatsApp link. Behind it sits everything they need — and everything you were about to write down twice.

Where parents already talk

Made for WhatsApp

No email lists, no printed cards, no group message that scrolls away by evening.

  1. Create

Child's name, date, venue, a theme. Under two minutes, on the phone in your hand.

  2. Share

One tap sends a ready-written message with the link to your class or family group.

  3. Guests RSVP

They open the link, tap yes, add head counts. You watch the list fill up.

No app required for guests.

Wishlist

No more duplicate gifts

Gifts are completely optional. But if you’d like to share ideas, add a few things your child would love — a book, a brick set, whatever is on the list this year.

The moment one guest picks an item, everyone else sees “Someone has picked this gift ” — never who picked it. Three families, three different presents, no awkward returns.

Prices are optional too, and guests only ever see friendly ranges like “₹500–₹1,500”, never an exact amount.

Aryan’s wishlist

  • Construction brick set

    Ages 6+ · the 500-piece box

    Someone has picked this gift

  • Science experiment kit

    Volcanoes, slime, the works

    ₹500–₹1,500 · available

Guests never see who picked what. Neither does anyone else.

What your guests see

A guest experience worth sharing

One tap from the WhatsApp message to a page that looks like an invitation, not a form.

  • Six themes — space, jungle, princess, superhero, rainbow, minimal.
  • Loads fast on any phone, on any network.
  • Guests can change their RSVP later from the same link.

Questions parents ask

Is it free?
Yes. Creating an event, sharing the invitation, collecting RSVPs and running a wishlist are all free while invi8 is in early access. We don't process any payments, and we would ask you long before that ever changed.
Do guests need an app?
No. Guests tap the link in WhatsApp, read the invitation and RSVP right there in the browser. No download, no sign-up, no password to forget.
Is my child's information safe?
Your invitation lives on an unlisted, unguessable link and we ask search engines not to index it. We use your child’s birthday only to work out the age on the invitation, and we never show it. Guests’ phone numbers are visible to you alone. The full details are in our privacy policy.
Can I edit after sharing?
Yes. Change the date, time, venue or wishlist whenever you like — the link stays the same, so everyone who already has it sees the latest version. There's also a one-tap WhatsApp update message for the big changes.
